Day 1: Arrival in Valencia – Coastal Welcome
Arrive in Valencia, where your private driver will transfer you to your centrally located hotel. Settle in and unwind after your travels. The evening is at leisure, though we can arrange a short orientation walk or guided introduction to the city on request. Dinner reservations are secured nearby for convenience.
Day 2: Valencia – Market to Table
Join your guide for a morning in the Mercado Central, sampling horchata, jamón, and local cheeses as you explore its lively stalls. Continue to the Silk Exchange and cathedral square to uncover the city’s rich trading heritage. The afternoon is free for seaside relaxation or museum visits, with dinner recommendations tailored to your tastes.
Day 3: Albufera – Paella with a Local Maestro
Venture just beyond the city to Albufera for a small group cooking class with a local paella maestro at his home. Day 4: Valencia – E-Bike Discovery & Modernist Gems

Upon arrival, meet your private driver and guide for a tapas walk through the city’s vibrant quarters, followed by a short orientation drive ending at your hotel. Day 6: Barcelona – A Day to Savor
Enjoy a free day to explore Barcelona as you wish. Wander through local markets, relax along the beach, or browse design boutiques and galleries on Passeig de Gràcia. Optional private experiences— a Gaudí architecture tour or hands-on cooking class can be arranged on request.
Day 7: Girona – Medieval Charm & Catalan Colors
Travel privately with your guide to Girona, a city of medieval walls and winding alleys. Visit the Jewish Quarter, stroll the old ramparts, and admire the pastel houses mirrored in the Onyar River. Pause for a leisurely Catalan lunch before returning to Barcelona in the late afternoon.
