1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognize your browser across requests, which supports functions like security checks and form submission. This website uses a limited number of cookies, described below.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie when its security systems need to distinguish a human visitor from automated traffic, for example during a bot-protection challenge. These cookies do not track you across other websites and are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy Directive, since the site cannot function securely without them. They are set automatically and are not affected by your cookie preference below.
3. Contact form cookies
The contact form on this website (/contact/) is provided through HubSpot. When you accept cookies and the form loads, HubSpot may set the following cookies to support form submission, spam prevention, and its own service analytics:
- hubspotutk: identifies your browser session across visits, so a submitted form can be matched to prior activity. Expires after 13 months.
- __hssc: tracks session activity for HubSpot's analytics. Expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- __hssrc: records whether your browser session is new. Expires at the end of the browser session.
These cookies are set by HubSpot Ireland Limited, our form and CRM provider, and are governed by HubSpot's privacy policy. They are not loaded until you accept cookies on this site. If you reject cookies, the contact form will not load, and this page will show a direct email and phone number instead.
4. Analytics and marketing cookies
Inbound Spain plans to use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure site traffic and the performance of our marketing. As of the date at the top of this page, these tools are not yet active on the site. Once enabled, the following will apply:
- Google Analytics (GA4): sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visitors across sessions, and _gid to distinguish visitors for a 24-hour period, supporting traffic and behavior reporting. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram): sets cookies such as _fbp to identify browsers for ad delivery and measurement, and may set _fbc when a visitor arrives from a Facebook or Instagram ad. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Both tools will load only if you accept cookies using the banner described in Section 5. Rejecting cookies, or not responding to the banner, prevents these cookies from being set. This page will be updated to confirm activation once either tool goes live.
5. Managing your consent
On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the screen lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser and applied on every page. You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page, which reopens the banner.
Rejecting cookies does not affect the strictly necessary cookies described in Section 2, which are required for the site to operate securely.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, may affect how parts of this website function. Instructions vary by browser and are available from your browser's help documentation.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if the cookies used on this website change. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. For questions, contact [email protected].
